Shodai Delivery Terms and Conditions

By using Shodai services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. User Account
To use Shodai Delivery Service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
3. Ordering
You can place orders through our mobile app or website. All orders are subject to availability.
4. Payment
We accept various payment methods, including online payments (Bkash, SSL Commerce), cash on delivery, and our in-app wallet.
5. Delivery charges:
*** ৳ 20 or more for deliveries during adverse weather conditions (storms, rain, etc.).
Additional charges may apply for deliveries requiring vehicles other than bicycles or motorcycles.
We strive to deliver your orders on time, but delivery times may vary.
6. Returns and Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund if:
To initiate a return or refund, please contact our customer support within 1 hour of delivery for food items or within 24 hours for other products.
You must provide appropriate proof.
Refunds will be processed through your in-app wallet.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your order up to a certain point before it is accepted by the delivery rider. For cancellations after the order is accepted, please contact our customer support.
For pre-scheduled orders, cancellations must be made at least 30 minutes before the scheduled delivery time.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and app is protected by copyright laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
Shodai is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms and conditions from time to time.
